The President of the Arab-African Friendship Association, Mr. Ali Morad, visited this Friday morning, His Excellency the Minister of Public Health in Lebanon, Dr. Firas Al-Abyad. He was accompanied by the Secretary of the Arab-African Friendship Association, Mr. Ahmad Aidibi.

During the meeting, the situation in the health sector was discussed, and the White Minister presented the concerns of the Lebanese citizen and the programs carried out by the Ministry in terms of keeping track of medicine, hospitals and medications for chronic diseases. The meeting also discussed the economic, social and political conditions in Lebanon and the Arab region.

This visit comes to support the efforts of the Minister of Health, Dr. Al-Abyad. The President of the Arab-African Friendship Association praised the activity of His Excellency the Minister and the work of the Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon, stressing the importance of supporting the Lebanese Ministry of Health.

The President of the Arab-African Friendship Association sensed the keenness of His Excellency Dr. Firas Al-Abyadh on the health sector in Lebanon, and the importance of protecting the rights of the Lebanese patient, and his keenness on the unity of the Lebanese ranks and on renouncing the political differences that harm the health sector in Lebanon.
